Meet The Face Behind Ecowoods Hardwood

I’m Francisco Oller, proud owner of Ecowoods Hardwood.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

I have always had a fascination with wood and other natural materials, which is why I decided to study Forestry Science with a specialization in wood technology.

I began working 1993 and a couple of years later, in 1996, I got a job in my field of study and interest. Four years later, I was able to open my own business, Ecowoods Hardwood.

Over the past couple of years, I have noticed a change in my client base. I now work mostly with high-end customers. In the beginning, I handled Ecowoods Hardwood by myself but over the years I have been able to employ two crews who work on a full-time basis. The first year saw a gross income of $60,000. Since then, the gross income has increased tenfold.

The most rewarding feeling is when my clients seem to be happy and appreciate the final product that we have worked on. I believe that quality of work speaks volumes and therefore carry out on the business philosophy that delivering good quality workmanship leads to satisfied customers.

As an individual, I believe what sets me apart from my competitors is the quality of work that I deliver, the honesty with which I communicate and the punctuality to which I adhere to. I attribute my success to the way in which I have been operating my business with these three important values.

Receiving compliments from clients for the jobs completed has given me immense satisfaction over the years. Ecowoods Hardwood has been awarded one of the best companies in Homestars and this truly makes all the hard work worth it.

When I am not at work, I love to sit back and watch movies. Gardening relaxes my mind and I enjoy scuba diving too. When I get the time, I make travel plans because it doesn’t get better than that! I have also always been concerned about the ecology and contribute in small ways to ensure its sustainability.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
