Just bought a condo that had terribly finished parquet flooring. It looked beat-up with an uneven light-wood finish on it. Francisco and his team refinished an about 800 sqft space in three day and it is like we have a brand new floor. The dark stain refreshes the space and it looks so modern. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for quality work quickly.
